HELLO!
I know I haven't updated in ages and LOADS of things have happened since but first things first,
I'M PROMOTED, BABY! *does celebratory jigWee! I know that most J1s who get promoted are happy about it but don't think much of it but seriously, no one appreciares being promoted more than a retainee. It's just a huge burden off one's shoulders. Mrs Kok can pour as much rain as she wants on our parade but I'm not going to let it put me off at all. The best thing is that all (save one casualty) of the retainees got promoted. Funny how we bonded so well. Must be all the dragon-boating and kayaking.
One thing that I find totally unfair though is that so many have been asked to leave! It's almost heart-breaking especially when you know some of them. 37 compared to just 5 last year is a bit too extreme don't you think? But I wish them and the retainees all the best. Could be a blessing in disuguise and they could probably excel much better with whatever they choose to do next. I never regretted retaining. I love the arts & I love this batch of J1s so it all fell into place for me.
Anywayyy. On to things that have happened..
Naz's Birthday! Was highly enjoyable and equally as scandalous. Amazing how the presence of TK ppl can make a pleasant birthday gathering so wild. I don't know if I can write what happened and maybe it wouldn't be a good idea to put up photos of what happened (not to mention that i don't have ANY photos. *stares at Aza) but it was fun. Simpang Bedok again. Good food, Sheesha (much to bday girl's delight) and company! What more could you ask for? Oh wait, presents! She got loads of nice ones, lucky girl including a fantabulous dress from Sab and me (: Haha. Good planning, Aza. See, everything worked out just fine.
Last Day of School aka Commendation DayMy class were volunteered to volunteer. Haha! Anyway, I was usher. I
HATE being an usher. Really. I evolve into nerd personified. Long skirt, shirt tucked in all the way, belt(EWW!), spectacles(cos I can't see from the back of the hall) and not to mention the braces. Does that spell
GEEK or what? Anyhoo.. It wasn't too bad. I'm so proud of A04. We were the top arts class and also second runner up for Most Outstanding CG. So so proud of them. The other classes can bitch and go on about how it should've been them all they want but it still doesn't change anything. So these titles mean only one thing right? YES! LOADS OF GOODIES. We had bountiful amounts of Ferroro Rocher. Ahhh. I
lurrrve chocolate. Especially if it's good chocolate. Hee. All in all quite a nice way to end off the school year.

Hmmm. What's next? I guess I'll touch on
Hari Raya.
Yay! End of the 30 days of fasting and on to celebrating. So many people go around telling me how much they got and it kinda sucks when you know they get like hundreds of dollars on the first day and I was way off from even $100 by a long shot. But hey, raya isn't just about the money people! Haha. Visiting and asking for forgiveness not to mention the FOOD! Mmmm. I think it's really touching seeing the family bond it almost brings tears to your eyes. I wish my nenek wasn't so sad on a day that's supposedly happy. Still, I think she's happy that we all came and showed we love her. Ah, family love (:

Lastly,
Muhsin's birthday which fell on
Halloween.
Okay, this was kinda stressful but we pulled it off quite well together. I shan't go into details cos the birthday boy might read this but I'll explain with photos. Haha.
So while Hassa was keeping him occupied in BK at the airport (after a whole day of studying) we were downstairs frantically getting ready and also waiting for Mr I'll-Be-There-In-15min, though it's not completely his fault, at Polar.

So when we were finally all good and ready, we went up to surprise him and save Hassa from trying to stall him for any longer. Good job, Hassa! Haha.
Definately was surpised to see us there!
Mmm.. Cake!
A Topman top! Which he liked, thank God!
If you look properly, you can see the card and the pumpkin I painstakingly cut out. Haha!
Yay! Although he's a guy of few words, he was all smiles so mission accomplished! Heh! After that we went to Simpang (I KNOW! Again! What is up with that?) and ate dinner. However, it wasn't a late night out cos these A level people needed to go back to mug their eyes out.
Oh btw, TO ALL THOSE TAKING THEIR A'S, ALL THE BEST!!!!!!!!
